Yes, even if you have a cable or DSL connection, for a better ping, playing with neighbour is generally better.

With your actual 56k connection, hosting a game is very hasardous, maybe it can work with only one other player, but I'm not sure. Try to join some games hosted by cable or DSL players.

You can also talk about COOP or DIE on Turkish quake related sites or forum, and play with your compatriots, like some polish done the last month.

I think I know some forums. Thanks Pat. But my ping is like 500-1000 even in the Turkish servers dunno why, but everybody plays normally. I think I should solve my problem before talking about COOP or DIE. Thanks again.
