My favorite is "Castles of Stroggos 3: The final obejctive". It seems like you are not alone and all that, since you and a marine are the only one's in the strogg vessel, and your friend helps you and all looks so good.

Spaceship Sadgron (angron3.bsp). That map is incredible. The best Quake 2 map of all times.

I don't remember if I have already played it in the past, but from a co-op point of view this map seem to be bad noted by the Wondersmith site.

It's totally not compatible with coop, since there are events and places where you are supposed to be, and the second player might ruin it, but it's the best SP map I've played, and I've played the whole Wondersmith list.
