You can make a link to "Quake2.exe" (Or "Quake2MAX.exe", whatever), then open the properties dialog.
The "Destination" space should look something like "C:\Quake2\quake2.exe" or something like that depending on the engine and installation folder. Change it to "C:\Quake2\Quake2.exe +set wsrv_url http://rpc.aftermoon.net +set game coopordie +bind o wsrv_login +map pregame +wsrv_login YourName YourPass" (Of course with the correct path, etc.).

That's how I use it.
