Ya i need some help, everytime i try to search for another server, nothing pops up, and i even see messages in the corner saying things like Player Creates a 4 person server and is on startmap or w/e and yet i dont see them! i waited a whole hour and still nothing! am using quake 2 v3.20 like told to so whats the problem?

The start map isn't universal. It's just your own server, you need to look for games in the "pre-game" map where you login. To look for servers, press "Esc" to go to the menu, click "Multiplayer", "Join" then browse at will, you made to stand idle at the "pre-game" map to see anything. It's confusing, I know, it totally stumped me too. I wish the worldserver was universal though

Rodrigez is right, except for the "pre-game" map. You need to login and enter to the StartMap before receiving the list of other servers.

i have same thing. i cant see servers AND it crashes when i open server list.

It is probably due to the fact you use the "classic quake2 3.20" engine (WSACONNRESET bug).
Retry with a most recent engine.

i tried alot of things like waiting and all that stuff and i tried that new quakexp and i guess i dont have opengl cause i suffered a crash and i had to reinstall Coop or die all over again. so is there a engine or something that can help me but does not require extra things?

Me too... I can't find another server....
Its posible that we can only see servers in our country? If that is... i think that it is better to eliminate and let us play with all of the comunity, If not... we got a big problem...
